The Houston Texans have fired pro personnel director Brian Gardner and pro scout Kevin Murphy, according to the Houston Chronicle.

With the arrival of new coach Bill O'Brien, it appears there's a shakeup going on in Houston.

O'Brien and general manager Rick Smith haven't worked together before.

So, there's obviously an adjustment period in Houston.

Free agency doesn't start until March 11, so there's time for the Texans to fill those spots.
