The Houston Texans have no plans to trade disgruntled wide receiver Andre Johnson, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Johnson won't be traded, per the report, because the Texans want him to finish his career with them, feel like he's still a viable player and, perhaps, most importantly, don't want to set a bad precedent by allowing a player to dictate business matters to them.

Johnson is due a $10 million base salary this year.

Johnson reportedly wants to be traded.

Johnson won't receive a $1 million workout bonus because he skipped the offseason program.

Johnson has a $15.6 million salary-cap figure.

Johnson told NFL Network that he hasn't decided if he's going to be playing in the Texans' season-opener this year.
