Houston Texans safety Danieal Manning is out for the season with a right knee injury.

It's a blow to a Texans team that's already not living up to expectations.

Cornerback A.J. Bouye was placed on injured reserve with a right hamstring injury.

The Texans replaced them on the active roster by promoting cornerback Elbert Mack and linebacker Mike Mohamed from the practice squad.

Former Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots cornerback Josh Victorian was signed to the practice squad.
