The Houston Texans have signed running back Deji Karim, according to his agent, Jason Bernstein.
Karim was signed by the Texans in May, but didn't make the final roster cutdown prior to the regular season.
The former Southern Illinois standout has previous stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts, playing his entire career in the AFC South division.
He has rushed for 290 career yards and caught 17 passes for 130 yards.
