We’ve got a lot of great stuff lined up for this week, so be patient. Here’s a list of 10 songs to help you power through the rest of Monday. I'll be streaming the songs on Twitter, so check it out at http://twitter.com/RayGustini
“Bastards of Young” by The Replacements
“War Cry” by Joe Strummer
“My Love Will Not Let You Down” by Bruce Springsteen
“Read My Mind” by The Killers
“Silver Tiles” by Matt and Kim
“To the Dogs or Whoever” by Josh Ritter
“Wolf Like Me” by TV on the Radio
“One Man Wrecking Machine” by Guster
“My Brain is Hanging Upside Down” by The Ramones
“Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels)” by The Arcade Fire
Josh has a live EP recorded at The Point in Dublin about 5 years ago and the whole crowd sang along with him. Sad he is not as well known in the states now as he was years ago in Europe. He is a son of American college professors/scientists and went to school in Ohio. All albums are excellent. The first "The Golden Age of Radio" is all you need to hear to know he has "IT"!

I saw Josh Ritter in concert in Chapel Hill, although young, his lyrics are very, very deep. Will not be surprised to see him in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame when his career is over. If our Country wasn't obsessed with Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson, and focused on people with REAL musical talent, he would be a household name.
