Titans' Dawson appears to be strong Rams GM candidate

Tennessee exec could be in line to join Jeff Fisher in St. Louis. Terry McCormick

Jeff Fisher is settling into St. Louis and beginning to assemble his first staff with the Rams.

Fisher will also have his share of say in personnel matters, and in doing so might look back toward Tennessee as the Rams ready to fill the general manager's opening.

Titans vice president of football operations Lake Dawson interviewed last week for the GM job in St. Louis, and according to TitanInsider.com, Dawson appears to be a strong candidate to join Fisher in part because of their ties of working together for four seasons in Tennessee.
