The NFL has fined Tennessee Titans safety Bernard Pollard $42,000 for his hit that gave Houston Texans receiver Andre Johnson a concussion on Sunday.

Pollard led with his shoulder but hit Johnson around the head and neck area, per the NFL. However, he was not penalized on the play. The Titans safety took to Twitter to voice his displeasure with the decision. Below is his tweet from Wednesday.

"So @nfl said I did 'everything right"'but 42k later I still get fined. Wow! It's called football but they want 2 hand touch. #TitanUp#"

Also, the league has fined Texans defensive back Kareem Jackson $42,000 as well for his hit on Titans receiver Kendall Wright. Jackson was penalized 15 yards for his hit.
