The Tennessee Titans have brought in former Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Tom Moore as a consultant.

Moore was at practice on Thursday, spending time talking with quarterback Jake Locker and the Titans receivers, even overseeing them as they ran timing routes.

Moore was high on Titans coach Mike Munchak's list to serve as his first offensive coordinator once he was named Tennessee's coach in 2011.

However, Moore, who had retired from football, elected not to come back to a full-time position once he had retired. Instead, he took a job last year as a consultant with the New York Jets. Moore will also serve as a sounding board for new offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains, who is calling plays for the first time on Sunday when the Titans play the Houston Texans.
