Veteran center released by Patriots visited Tennessee in off-season. Terry McCormick
During the off-season, the Tennessee Titans spent a lot of time shopping for a new center.
One of those players who visited was Dan Koppen, who eventually re-signed with the Patriots. Koppen was let go by New England in final cuts, but now the Titans are saying "no thanks," according to head coach Mike Munchak via TitanInsider.com.
Munchak said the Titans are quite happy with Fernando Velasco at center with Kevin Matthews being his backup.
