The Tennessee Titans know their pass rush needs to be better than it was in 2011, and have taken a measure to do that, hiring former NFL defensive lineman Keith Millard to be their pass rush coach, according to TitanInsider.com

Millard was a star defensive lineman for the Minnesota Vikings and has spent time coaching defensive lines in Denver, Oakland and Tampa Bay. He held the same title of assistant line coach/pass rushing specialist while with the Broncos.

“I was really impressed in my conversations with Mike (Munchak),” said Millard. “He has had a great deal of success as a player and a coach and I agree with his principles of tradition, discipline, hard work and dedication. I became a student of pass rushers during my time in college and carried that through my NFL career. Now as a coach, I use those same skills to teach the players how to build on their own attributes.”

He didn't accomplish a lot with the Bucs' young group.
