The Tennessee Titans have waived running back Jamie Harper, who had a disappointing first two years with the club, gaining just 74 yards on 36 carries, per TitanInsider.com.
Harper did have four touchdowns in short yardage situations, but the writing was on the wall for the fourth-round pick in 2011 when Tennessee signed veteran Shonn Greene from the New York Jets.
The Titans did add another running back, picking up Jalen Parmele, who had been with the Jacksonville Jaguars last season.
