The Tennessee Titans have signed veteran quarterback John Skelton and placed cornerback Tommie Campbell on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers worked out Skelton, who was cut by the San Francisco 49ers earlier this season.
For the Arizona Cardinals last year, he started six games and completed 109 of 201 passes with two touchdowns and nine interceptions. He spent the preseason with the Cincinnati Bengals.
