Rookie cornerback agrees to terms Aaron Wilson
The Tennessee Titans have hammered out a four-year deal with fourth-round cornerback Alterraun Verner that includes a signing bonus of roughly $528,000, according to a league source.
The total base value of the deal is $2.318 million.
Verner intercepted 13 passes in four seasons at UCLA.
That tied him for seventh in school history in interceptions. He returned four for touchdowns.
Verner recorded 272 tackles, 11 tackles for losses, 42 pass deflections, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
Verner was a third-team All-American selection last season, intercepting five passes and registering 65 tackles for the Bruins.
