The Tennessee Titans have removed wide receiver Kenny Britt from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list on Tuesday afternoon, per TitanInsider.com.
Britt passed his physical, but won't play in the Titans preseason finale against the New Orleans Saints. The Titans believe Britt could be able to play about 15 plays in the season opener against the New England Patrots on Sept. 9.
Britt, recovering from three knee procedures including ACL surgery in October, could still be suspended by the NFL for a DUI arrest in Fort Campbell, Ky., on July 20, his eighth run-in with police since being drafted by the Titans in 2009.
