Raiders coach requests that lawsuit be dismissed Aaron Wilson
In the wake of a civil lawsuit being filed against him by Randy Hanson, Oakland Raiders coach Tom Cable wants it to be dismissed.
His lawyer filed a motion asking that the case be thrown out and handled through an arbitration process, according to the Associated Press,
Per the report, Hanson's coaching contract stipulates that he has to have the dispute handled through the league.
The hearing for the motion is set for May 13.
Hanson alleged that Cable attacked him, causing a broken jaw and broken teeth.
No charges were filed by the Napa County prosecutor.
