There are conflicting reports about the status of wide receiver DeSean Jackson's negotiations with the Washington Redskins.

Jackson began his visit today and Tim McManus of 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia reports that a source close to Jackson said it's a "done deal" with the Redskins.

However, the Washington Post and NBC Washington both reported that no deal has been completed.

NBC Washington reported that Jackson's agent, Joel Segal, is remaining in town overnight to continue working on the deal.

Other teams linked to the former Philadelphia Eagles star include the Kansas City Chiefs, Oakland Raiders, New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills.

At this time, the Redskins are in the driver's seat to land Jackson, who was cut amidst reports of alleged gang affiliations, poor practice habits and a disgruntled attitude about his contract.

Prior to being released, Jackson was due to make $10.5 million from teh Eagles in 2014.

He caught 82 passes for 1,332 yards and nine touchdowns with the Eagles last season.
