Underwood's domestic dispute over Super Bowl medallion

Brandon Underwood allegedly ripped a Green Bay Packers Super Bowl XLV championship medallion off his estranged wife’s neck and threw her to the ground in the driveway of their residence on the night Super Bowl rings were distributed in a ceremony at Lambeau Field last month.

Underwood has been charged with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct stemming from the domestic dispute, and the Green Bay Press-Gazette has the details on the case. Brandie Underwood filed for divorce from her husband in May, but they attended the ring ceremony together and are still living together.

According to the report, Brandon Underwood told Brandie Underwood he wanted to decide who would receive the necklace that players’ wives received.

After returning to their residence on the night of June 16, Brandon Underwood gave police a medallion that had been pulled from the chain Brandie Underwood gave police. Brandon Underwood pleaded guilty to a count of prostitution-nonmarital sexual intercourse for an incident at a Wisconsin resort 13 months ago.
