After a year of being out of football, Vince Young looks to be back in the NFL.

Young, who directed a touchdown drive for the Packers Friday night against Seattle, has beaten out Graham Harrell, who is being released, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Young, the third overall pick in the 2006 draft by Tennessee, should settle in as the Packers' No. 2 quarterback, after being out of the league last year when he was cut by the Buffalo Bills.

The Packers, of course, hope Young doesn't see the field much, but gives them a decent option should something happen to Aaron Rodgers.
