Giants receiver Victor Cruz will miss Sunday's game against the Lions after having a knee procedure, the team announced on Thursday.

Cruz had an arthroscopic debridement on his knee, which was performed by Dr. James Andrews in Florida. Cruz injured his knee last week, as well as sustaining a concussion. He's been cleared of having concussion-like symptoms.

Filling in for Cruz will be Rueben Randle.
