Minnesota Vikings coach Leslie Frazier announced that linebacker Desmond Bishop has a torn ACL and will miss the remainder of the 2013 season.
"Desmond Bishop tore his ACL and will have to have surgery," Frazier said, via the team's official twitter account.
Frazier was noncommittal about whether the Vikings would look outside of the organization to fill the void.
"We have pretty decent depth at linebacker, but we will talk about whether we want to bring someone in or not," he said.
For the season, Bishop had four tackles in four games.
