The Minnesota Vikings added some depth at cornerback by completing a trade with the Arizona Cardinals for A.J. Jefferson.
The deal involves the exchange of undisclosed and conditional draft picks in 2013. So, the Vikings will not be losing a pick all together but they will be getting a lower pick back in return.
Jefferson, an undrafted free agent from Fresno State in 2010, played in 16 games last season and made seven starts. The Vikings released veteran Zack Bowman to make room for Jefferson.
