The Minnesota Vikings were planning to complete an unveiling of their redesigned uniforms at a draft party Thursday night.

The Jacksonville Jaguars beat them to it.

The Jaguars also got a new look for the 2013 season and they unveiled their new fashion on Tuesday. Somehow, a Jacksonville television station unveiled the Vikings’ new design while also showing off the Jaguars.

Yes, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that Actionnewsjax.com gave up the goods and the Vikings acknowledged it was their new design. It’s not a total overhaul of the uniform but the team will now wear purple pants on the road instead of white. The font for the numbers on the jerseys has changed too. Most of the other changes are subtle.
