Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young is in trouble with the law.
The Pro Bowl quarterback has been given a Class C assault citation by Dallas police following an incident at a strip club where someone was hurt.
According to the CBS Dallas affiliate, officers reviewed video of the incident and conducted interviews with witnesses before deciding to serve Young with the citation. Here's a link to the strip club surveillance video.
Per the report, Young will not be arrested and he could face a fine up to $500.
He could also face punishment from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell under the league's personal conduct policy.
Young reportedly charged a man at Club Onyx who made a derogatory 'horns down' hand sign in reference to the University of Texas, which is known for the 'Hook 'em horns' sign.
A 911 call reported "two black males fighting in the parking lot."
The Titans issued the following statement from team spokesman Robbie Bohren: "We are aware of the report about Vince Young. The organization has been in touch with Vince and we will continue to gather addition information."
