Right tackle likely unable to go in mini-camp work. Terry McCormick
New England Patriots right tackle Sebastian Vollmer will likely be kept out of mini-camp work this week as he is still recovering from a surgical procedure on his back this off-season, according to the Boston Globe.
Vollmer is also limping a bit from an ankle injury, but the back problem is the more serious matter.
The Patriots will monitor Vollmer, who had proven to be durable up until his injuries last season, but he is expected to be ready for training camp.
