Fired by the Houston Texans, former defensive coordinator and interim coach Wade Phillips has no interest in renewing his suite at Reliant Stadium.

After being dismissed by new coach Bill O'Brien, who's expected to add Romeo Crennel as defensive coordinator, Phillips was approached by the Texans' sales staff about reupping.

“To Texan suite sales-I am sorry, but because of recent changes I will Not renew my purchase of a suite," Phillips wrote on his official Twitter account. "Hope u understand. Wade Phillips”

Phillips is a highly-respected coach, but the Texans cleaned house after a 2-14 season and are starting fresh with O'Brien, the former Penn State coach and New England Patriots defensive coordinator.
