Wide receiver recovering quickly from torn ACL Aaron Wilson
New England Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker is expected to be ready for training camp next week after rehabbing his surgically-repaired anterior cruciate ligament this offseason.
Welker is expected to pass a physical and take part in drills, per the Boston Globe.
So, Welker won't be placed on the active physically unable to perform list.
And it's a pretty remarkable comeback from a major knee injury suffered during the final game of the regular season last year against the Houston Texans.
