Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan has been owner of the Fulham soccer team for one day, and already he is being asked about what he will do with a statue of the late Michael Jackson that sits on the grounds of Fulham's Craven Cottage stadium.

"I've been an owner less than a day," he said. "We have to preserve and respect history, but we have to move forward. I'll reflect on it and listen to the fans, then decide."

Mohamed Al Fayed, who sold the club to Khan and had the Jackson statue erected, says there is no decision to be made.

"Michael Jackson will stay — it's part of the deal," Al Fayed said, before adding with Khan in ear-shot: "Are you listening to me about Michael Jackson? You promise now? Otherwise ... I will take your moustache off."

OK, then. It will certainly be interested to see whether Khan can moonwalk his way out of this one, if he decides to have the statue removed.
