Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson is expected to play Sunday against the Buffalo Bills despite a bruised lung.
Texans coach Gary Kubiak announced today that the receiver is "ready to go."
Johnson, who leads the league with 634 receiving yards, said he'll wear extra padding to protect himself.
"My answer hasn't changed," Johnson said. "I'm ready just like any other game."
Also, rookie linebacker Brian Cushing (foot) returned to practice.
