Out of work all of last season, wide receiver Matt Jones suddenly is in demand.

Already offered a contract by the Tennessee Titans, now Jones has a competing offer from the Cincinnati Bengals, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Per the report, the Bengals' offer is slightly higher than the league minimum of $630,000.

Also, the Bengals are believed to "have interest" in former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte' Stallworth.

For a team that has had a history of players with character problems, it's nice to see the organization has moved in a different direction by looking to sign a WR that had the highest point of his career take place off the field...another WR who last trucked someone off the field... and a CB who had his most vicious hit take place at a nightclub, off the field...
