Quarterback lost his starting job to Derek Anderson Aaron Wilson
Lose your starting job, sell your house?
In the case of Cleveland Browns backup quarterback Brady Quinn, that's exactly what has transpired.
APBrady Quinn
According to ESPN.com, Quinn has listed his Avon Lake, Ohio home for sale.
Whether his recent demotion as he was replaced by Derek Anderson is the impetus for his decision today is unclear.
Per the report, Quinn is asking for $775,000 for his five-bedroom, five-bathroom house. It has a square footage of 4,561 feet.
Quinn purchased the home in June of 2007 when he was a rookie.
Quinn is under contract for two more years, but has been the subject of trade rumors.
The rumors about a pending change of address aren't rumors, though.
Could he just be looking to downsize since he won't be triggering that $11 million 70 percent playing time escalator clause?
Possibly, but this seems to not be a coincidence.
No word yet on what sort of commission Quinn's realtor is looking for.
