On a much lower personnel department development scale than the potential addition of Mike Holmgren as football czar, the Cleveland Browns shook up their practice squad today.
The Browns signed the following players to the practice squad: offensive tackle Jason Capizzi (formerly of the UFL's Las Vegas Locomotives, Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Kansas City Chiefs and St.Louis Rams), defensive tackle Jonathan Lewis (formerly of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Arizona Cardinals, Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions) and defensive back Matteral Richardson (formerly of the UFL's New York Sentinels, Washington Redskins and Houston Texans).
Meanwhile, the Browns cut defensive back Michael Grant and defensive tackle Adam Hoppel from the practice squad.
