The San Diego Chargers have signed cornerback Simeon Castille from the practice squad and cut cornerback Dante Hughes, the team announced today.
Castille is a second-year player from Alabama who has been on the practice squad all year.
He played in eight games with the Cincinnati Bengals last season.
Hughes signed with the Chargers on Tuesday after linebacker Antwan Applewhite went on injured reserve with a hamstring injury that required surgery.
