The Miami Dolphins have made it official, placing linebacker Channing Crowder on injured reserve with a foot injury.
Crowder had already been widely ruled out for the season.
Now, the transaction is complete.
For the season, University of Florida product registered 51 tackles, two passes defensed, one sack along with one interception.
Crowder suffered the injury to his foot which ultimately placed him on injured reserve during Miami’s 27-20 defeat to the Houston Texans on December 27.
