Former Denver Broncos defensive coordinator and San Francisco 49ers coach Mike Nolan has joined the Miami Dolphins as their new defensive coordinator, according to FOX Sports.

One day after leaving the Broncos, Nolan has a new job.

According to a league source, Nolan and Broncos coach Josh McDaniels clashed this season despite Nolan helping the Broncos improve from No. 29 in total defense in 2008 to No. 7 in total defense in 2009.

Both sides are saying they mutually parted ways.

First it was Cutler, then Marshall, then Hillis, then the entire offensive line, then Scheffler, then Marshall again, then the assistant coaches...Josh has blamed EVERYONE for his problems except Thunder the horse the Broncos run across the field if the team ever scores.

Another pathetic move by my Broncos , at the core of all these turmoils is Mc Daniels so I can only hope he's fired before this team is totally ruined . Get a clue Broncs even a blind man should be able to see where all the poison originates !!
