The Miami Dolphins promoted tight end Kory Sperry to the active roster from the practice squad.

The 6-foot-5, 238-pounder was in training camp with the San Diego Chargers this year before being released prior to the regular season on Sept. 5. 

Then, he was signed to the Dolphins' practice squad.

At Colorado State, Sperry ranked fourth on the Rams' all-time touchdown reception list with 20 and seventh on the school’s career reception list with 141.
