The Miami Dolphins worked out punter Britton Colquitt today, according to his agent.
However, he wasn't signed.
"Great workout today for the Dolphins by new client Britton Colquitt," Paul Sheehy said. "No quick signing, but maybe down the road. We'll see."
Colquitt was previously with the Denver Broncos after playing collegiately at Tennessee.
Colquitt's bother, Dustin, punts fo the Kansas City Chiefs. His father punted for the Pittsburgh Steelers. And his cousin, Jimmy, punted for the Seattle Seahawks.
UPDATE: According to a league source, the Dolphins also worked out punters Adam Graessle and Ricky Schmitt.
