Donald BrownAPIndianapolis Colts rookie running back Donald Brown is expected to play this weekend despite a shoulder injury.

With safety Bob Sanders, cornerback Marlin Jackson and linebacker Tyjuan Hagler all declared out for the season this week, the team was due for some encouraging news on the injury front.

One week after missing the Colts' victory over the San Francisco 49ers, the undefeated AFC South franchise is anticipating having Brown back in the lineup to work in tandem with Joseph Addai.

Brown, the Colts' first-round pick from Connecticut, has rushed for 212 yards and two touchdowns and has been an effective receiver out of the backfield with 138 yards on seven receptions.
