Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco didn't practice this week due to a sprained ankle.

However, Flacco emphasized that he's going to return to practice next Monday following the Ravens' bye.

Flacco sprained his right ankle during the first quarter of a 33-31 defeat at the hands of the Minnesota Vikings, staying in the game and piling up a career-high 385 passing yards.

"I could play today if we had to," Flacco said today. "It's no big deal."

Flacco isn't limping and was able to drop back from center today.

"I think he's about four shoe sizes bigger than it was before so it's really swollen," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "He should be back practicing Monday."
