The Jacksonville Jaguars have ruled out starting cornerback Rashean Mathis for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans due to a broken finger.
Mathis broke his left index finger Oct. 18 against the St. Louis Rams.
Mathis wasn't able to practice after undergoing surgery last week.
He'll be replaced by either Scott Starks or Tyrone Brackenridge.
