Veteran free agent defensive end Jason Babin is drawing some strong interest from a trio of NFL teams, according to league sources.

We're hearing the Washington Redskins, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Denver Broncos are all interested in the Philadelphia Eagles' free agent pass rusher.

Babin registered 2 1/2 sacks last season.

For his career, he has posted 17 1/2 sacks.

The former Houston Texans first-round draft pick played collegiately at Western Michigan. He has previous NFL stints with the Seattle Seahawks and the Kansas City Chiefs.

At Western Michigan, he posted 38 sacks, 299 tackles and eight forced fumbles.
