The Jacksonville Jaguars are definitely hosting Green Bay Packers free agent defensive end-outside linebacker Aaron Kampman.

Kampman is visiting the Jaguars today, according to the Florida Times-Union.

Per the report, it's not clear if he'll be signed today.

What is evident is that Kampman is one of the Jaguars' top targets in free agency.

Kampman was supposed to visit the Philadelphia Eagles, but it's not established whether he's going to visit.

Other teams interested in Kampman: the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Seattle Seahawks.

The Jaguars are also interested in Detroit Lions free agent defensive end Jared DeVries if they're unable to sign Kampman or Reggie Hayward.

Meester, Kampmann, and rumors are devries from Detroit.... All of them are from the same highschool in iowa. I wonder how many highschool teammates went on to play together on the same NFL team

I hope Kampman signs soon he is a great player and even a better person. As a packer fan I wish him the best and I know he will be a big impact player for any team he signs with. I look forward to the day he returns to Green Bay for his induction into the packer hall of fame!

Sorry EP22 AK isn't even close to the packer hall of fame. He was a great player though in GB, and i am in the minority in thinking he was doing pretty well last year. I hope the best for his future, and i sure hope Jacksonville signs him. If he's not in GB i sure hope hes in the AFC.

I know Roger Craig and Jamie Williams played ball at Davenport, IA Central HS and I know they played together on the 89 49ers team

Wrong, ppabich
While it is true that AK isn't even close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton. he has been plenty good enough to earn enshrinement in the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame; the standards for which are far less stringent.
