Following a 37-7 loss to the San Diego Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs running back Larry Johnson unleashed his frustration.

And his choice words on his Twitter account may earn him a conversation with coach Todd Haley.

"My father got more credentials than most of these pro coaches," Johnson started innocently enough. His dad is the defensive line coach at Penn State. Johnson's first tweet ended with "Google my father!!!!!!!

"My father played for the coach from 'rememeber the titans.' Our coach played golf. My father played for redskins briefley. Our coach. Nuthn."

Ouch.

Johnson rushed for just 49 yards in the loss and has struggled to even average three yards per carry this season.

Johnson, before settting his Twitter account to private, taunted fans with a homophobic comment and pointed out that he's richer than most people.

"Still richer than u," Johnson wrote. "Keep goin. Come play our game oopps forgot you can't . . . . Make me regret it. Lmao. U don't stop my checks. Lmao. So 'tweet' away."

Johnson's agent, Peter Schaffer, performed some damage control today.

"I talked to Larry about it and he was focusing more on pumping up his father than anything else," Schaffer told ESPN. "He wasn't trying to downgrade anyone . . . yes, everyone is frustrated after a loss like this but I wouldn't put too much into it."

It remains to be seen how Haley and/or general manager Scott Pioli will react to Johnson's Twitter debacle.

Well one thing is for sure, his father did not teach him to spell.

Was Larry even watching the game yesterday. Except for the rain in KC yesterday, Haley would have been better off playing golf. KC players may so many bad plays during that game. Bad throws, dropped passes, d-backs watching players run by them, blocked punts.

KC looked like a bad high school team yesterday. No amount of coaching was going to help them. Looks like LJ is going to revert back to the immaturity that plagued him at the beginning of his career. Hopefully the other Chefs won't follow him although the way they played yesterday, that might be a good thing.

At least we know high school football is alive in MO with the Rams, Chefs and Mizzou Tigers leading the way.

I'd probably be throwing a tantrum too if I was rushing for 2.7 ypc.
