New England Patriots veteran free agent cornerback Leigh Bodden is a highly regarded commodity this morning at the launch of free agency.
According to an NFL source with knowledge of the situation, Bodden is drawing interest from the Pittsburgh Steelers, Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks and the Patriots.
Bodden remains a candidate to re-sign with the Patriots, but is exploring the free agent market at this time.
Bodden signed a one-year contract with the Patriots last year. He started 14 of the 15 games he played for the Patriots.
Against the New York Jets, Bodden intercepted rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez three times with one returned for a touchdown.
He finished the season with a team-high five interceptions, along with 55 tackles, 18 pass deflections and one forced fumble.
For his career, Bodden has intercepted 18 passes.

He is definitely a great talent. I think he is such an asset to the team. Keep up the good work.
