In addition to Baltimore Ravens rookie running back Cedric Peerman being claimed off waivers by the Cleveland Browns, veteran wide receiver/kick returner Yamon Figurs and rookie tight end Davon Drew were claimed by the Detroit Lions and the Miami Dolphins, respectively.

Figurs is a former third-round draft pick from Kansas State who lost his job this offseason as the Ravens' primary returner to Chris Carr. Figurs set a franchise record as the first player to ever return a punt and a kickoff for a touchdown during the same season.

Peerman was picked in the sixth round this year out of the University of Virginia.

Drew was drafted in the fifth round this year out of East Carolina.
