Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Rey Maualuga pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, and issued apologies to his team and fans.
Now, Maualuga is going to seek help for what appears to be a problem with alcohol following alcohol-related incidents at USC that followed him into the NFL by dropping him into the second round.
According to ESPN, Maualuga is going to go to rehab at the Betty Ford Center in California for at least a month.
Maualuga met with NFL officials earlier this week about the incident that included him crashing his car into parked cars and knocking into a parking meter.
