Texas QB injured shoulder in national championship game Aaron Wilson
University of Texas quarterback Colt McCoy expressed confidence that he'll be able to throw at the NFL scouting combine in the wake of injuring his shoulder during the national championship game.
McCoy told the Austin American-Statesman that he has made a lot of progress since suffering nerve damage in his throwing shoulder against Alabama.
He's now throwing 40 to 50 passes on a daily basis.
“I see the doctors every week,” McCoy said. “I go through the rehab process every day. I’m healing much quicker than normal.”
