San Diego Chargers outside linebacker Shawne Merriman injured his foot during today's practice.
It's not regarded as serious since he's listed as probable.
Cornerback Antonio Cromartie is questionable with a bruise under his kneecap.
He was limited in practice.
“It is concerning,” Chargers coach Norv Turner told reporters.
The Chargers' plan is to start Antoine Cason if Cromartie is sidelined even though Cason was benched as the nickel back and replaced by Steve Gregory.
Running back LaDainian Tomlinson (flu) returned to practice, as did fullback Jacob Hester (flu) and linebacker Jyles Tucker (flu).

He can make his foot healthy again. Just get it out of your mouf! That's where it was inserted going into last week's game.
