The Oakland Raiders tried out former Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Jack Ikegwuonu this week, according to a league source.
Ikegwuonu recently auditioned for the Cincinnati Bengals, too.
He was drafted in the fourth round out of Wisconsin last year, declaring for the draft after his junior year. However, he blew out his knee while getting ready for the NFL scouting combine.
After missing his entire rookie season, he was cut by the Eagles during the final major roster cutdown this year and then signed to the practice squad.
He was promoted to the active roster, playing in one game against the Chicago Bears earlier this month before being cut when they signed cornerback Geoffrey Pope off the Cincinnati Bengals' practice squad.
A burglary charge against Ikegwuonu was dismissed in July stemming from allegations that he broke into a residence and tried to steal an Xbox.
