CLEVELAND -- The Baltimore Ravens deactivated defensive tackle Haloti Ngata for the second game in a row due to a sprained ankle, the only games he has missed in his NFL career.

Meanwhile, the Cleveland Browns deactivated third quarterback Brett Ratliff, punter Dave Zastudil (right knee), cornerback Coye Francies, offensive lineman Billy Yates, tight ends Greg Estandia and Michael Gaines and wide receiver Chansi Stuckey (calf).
