The New Orleans Saints' Super Bowl championship gear comes from an unusual location: Indianapolis, the home base of the Colts team that just lost the big game to the folks from the Big Easy.
A rush job was underway Monday at the Adidas plant in Indy with several Colts fans experiencing the pain of the loss while meeting the demand of the Saints' faithful.
"From a business standpoint, the Saints' win is tremendous for us," general manager Blake Lundberg told the Indianapolis Star. "It will be a very nice long week for us."
"I would have rather worked three days and had the Colts win," Adidas worker Deobalek Thomas said. "These aren't the shirts I wanted to do."
